Stellantis North America builds Ram trucks at the Warren Truck Assembly and the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant in Michigan. Ram invested 1.49 billion dollars at Sterling Heights Assembly Plant in Sterling Heights, Michigan, to retool the new Ram 1500 pick-up truck.
Similarly, the Ram 1500 Classic models are manufactured at the Warren Truck Assembly Plant in Warren, Michigan. Models like the Ram 2500, the Ram 3500, the Ram 4500, and the Ram 5500 trucks are manufactured at the Saltillo Assembly Plant in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico.

Ram owners can also identify where their vehicle has been manufactured by checking out the VIN. Those that are manufactured in the US would have VIN beginning with the digits 1, 4, or 5, while the ones manufactured in Canada would have VINs beginning with 2 and 3, meaning Mexico.
Earlier, Dodge was also manufactured in the same production facilities but post their official split in 2009; RAM continues to be the significant vehicle manufactured at these facilities.
