By “go green” we mean the limited-edition “Gecko Green” exterior color option that is now available for the 2021 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator in Canada. What’s Jeep’s Gecko Green color?
For the 2021 model year, Jeep will be bringing back an intriguing and high-impact color option that’s going to give the 2021 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator more visibility on the road and make a lot of heads turn. As its name suggests, the Gecko green paint option is a vibrant shade of light green much like what you see on the namesake reptile.
As some of you might know, it first debuted on the 2012 Jeep Wrangler (JK) and stayed in production until 2013. Although it’s been quite some time since we last saw it, the Gecko green color has been a hit with Wrangler fans even to this day, so much so that there are communities online dedicated to owners of Gecko green Wranglers.

The high-octane color looks especially good on the 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Altitude model with its black accents. We’re excited about this new color which should bring back a lot of memories to some of us.
Gorilla Glass Windshield
Another new optional upgrade that you can install on both the 2021 Jeep Wrangler and 2021 Jeep Gladiator is a factory-installed Jeep Performance Parts windshield that uses the same Corning Gorilla Glass tech that’s found on mobile phone screens. The Gorilla Glass windshield is reportedly three times tougher and more resistant to stone chips and cracks while being more lightweight than slimmer than the previous windshield.
The Gorilla Glass windshield upgrade will cost $150 and can be fitted on the 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport S, Sahara, and Rubicon along with the Gladiator Overland and Gladiator Mojave trims, while the Gecko green paint job, being a special-run color costs an additional $295.

Limited-time availability
The limited-run color has been available on the 2021 Jeep Wrangler since spring, with orders for the Gecko green Jeep Wrangler ending at the end of August 2021. However, the Gecko green Gladiator will be available until early October.
